Integrated facility management
Integrated facilitymanagement servicesin Bangalore
Soft services, hard services and business support under one contract, one manager and one reporting standard. From daily housekeeping to planned engineering maintenance, we run the building so your team does not have to.

Integrated facility management is not a bundle of services sold together. It is a single operating model in which every function on your site is planned, scheduled, supervised and reported through one structure.
In practice, that means the technician who logs an HVAC fault and the housekeeping supervisor who reports a water leak are working to the same checklist system, escalating through the same matrix and appearing in the same monthly report. We run the building so your team can get on with the business inside it.

Frequently asked questions
Everythingyou need to know.
Integrated facility management brings every building service under one provider and one contract. Instead of separate vendors for housekeeping, engineering, security and pest control, a single partner manages the full scope, coordinates between functions and reports to you through one channel. The commercial benefit is accountability. The operational benefit is that gaps between services stop being your problem to solve.
Soft services relate to the environment people experience: housekeeping and janitorial work, pest control, landscaping, waste management and pantry or guest house services. Hard services relate to the building's engineering systems: mechanical, electrical and plumbing, HVAC, building management systems, and fire and life safety equipment. Most sites need both, and the coordination between them is where an integrated provider adds value.
Pricing is built from a defined scope. Manpower is costed by role, shift and statutory obligation. Consumables, equipment, transport and management overhead are itemised separately. We present the build up rather than a single blended figure, so you can see the cost of each element and adjust scope knowingly. Sites are quoted after a physical assessment, because square footage alone does not predict effort.
A typical mobilisation runs 2 to 4 weeks from contract signature, depending on headcount, background verification turnaround and whether an outgoing provider needs to be transitioned. We issue a dated mobilisation plan at contract stage listing every task, owner and deadline, so you can see progress rather than wait for it.
We are. Our deployed personnel are on our rolls, and we are responsible for minimum wage compliance, provident fund and employee state insurance remittance, statutory registers, and all associated documentation. As principal employer you retain a legal interest in seeing that this is done correctly, so we make the compliance documentation available for your inspection each month rather than on request.
Yes. Many clients begin with housekeeping or security and add engineering, pest control or project work once the working relationship is established. Scope is added through a variation to the existing contract rather than a new negotiation.
Yes. Deep cleaning, facade and high rise cleaning, carpet and upholstery treatment, and disinfection programmes are available as one time or scheduled projects, independent of any facility management contract.
Every contract includes a written escalation matrix with named contacts and committed response times, extending beyond the site supervisor to management level. Issues logged through the helpdesk are timestamped, assigned and tracked to closure, so response time is a measured figure rather than an impression.
One operating model.Every function on your site.
Engage one line or all three across Bangalore. The delivery discipline, reporting format and escalation path stay identical across every scope we run.
